Tinkertopia

One of Leila's friends had her birthday party in downtown Tacoma at a place Tinkertopia. What a neat idea this place has. The girls at the party were allowed to choose from bins and bins of recycled materials in search of pieces they would want to create art with. There were assistants there to help hot glue, nail and cut the materials if the girls couldn't manage on their own. The party was two hours long, but I think the girls could have tinkered for many more hours! Leila made a fairy house with small sized furniture. She is itching to go back and make something new!

On a funny note, every single party-goer, except one, is a child of a teacher. And even more than that all those children, except one, have both parents in education. Birds of a feather...
