After Leila's first soccer game, we hit the road for a weekend in Portland celebrating Mom's birthday! We had a birthday dinner at Jon and Amanda's Saturday night. The weather was so nice that we are outside on their patio. The kiddos played with each other and Mom opened her presents.
The next morning everyone came to Mom and Jim's for breakfast. Leila and Uncle Jonny helped make breakfast.
Mom really wanted to follow Leila's birthday tradition and go for a hike on her special day. So everyone got ready and we hiked to the Pittock Mansion. The views of downtown Portland were beautiful.
