Grand Teton - Day 3

Our last day at Grand Teton Nat'l Park started with an early morning float trip! We met our guide, Nate, at 8:15 and got set to float down the Snake River through the park. Leila was a little nervous until she realized that we were not going over any rapids! Then she was super excited about it!! The early morning trip was fantastic! It was just us and another family of three...practically a private tour!

We saw 6 bald eagles, mergansers, Canada geese, a huge beaver lodge, the beatiful Teton Ranger and so many beautiful sites! We would do this again in a heartbeat!!

That evening we met at the Bar T 5 Ranch in Jackson for our cookout. Oh my goodness, what a fun event!! We were assigned to a wagon, met all the folks we were traveling with and then the wagon train set out into the Bridger Teton Forest. Dinner was a good ole cowboy cookout!
It was an you can eat BBQ with Cowboy Entertainment! We sat next to the nicest family (they were on our wagon train too) and really enjoyed the whole evening!

The owner and some of his cowboys provided the entertainment but there was some really funny audience participation parts!!

We loved, loved, loved the whole evening!! A night full of memories for us!
