The snow was still in our yard on Wednesday, December 19th! Wednesdays are Gramma Shawn days Leila gets to stay home and play with Gramma all day rather than getting up for daycare. Leila was excited to have the whole day to play in the snow instead of just the two hours before the start of school. She went outside and made a snowman all by herself! Look at that great work!!
I need to make a special note of Leila's outfit....or Gramma will be worried. Leila wore more than just long johns and an unzipped coat outside while she worked on her snowman. She was bundled up, made her snowman, went in for lunch and a nap and then ran back outside to take a quick picture before the rain started. Okay, I think I have done Gramma justice. :0)
