Relaxed Thursday

 After our day visiting in Shasta we decided to stick around the house and have a slow-paced day. We had been adventuring every day, so it was nice to drop Chris off at school and then come home, turn on some music and be calm. Barbara had given Leila an early birthday present; a press and peel sticker craft that makes a butterfly picture. Leila worked all morning on that and finished more than half of it in one sitting. She was quite addicted! Then we worked on our travel journals, getting caught up on chronicling the previous days' adventures. 

Later that day Grammy and Granddad rolled into town for a four day visit. All of us, Chris included, got to enjoy dinner together at the Mexican restaurant just around the corner from our place.
