Benchmark!

 Leila can tie her own shoes! She had been working hard in early June to master the skill and her practice finally paid off on June 19th! We told her once she could tie her own shoes 20 times without any help she could pick out a new pair of laced shoes as a reward. We made a shoe-tie chart to keep track of things on the 19th, but within ten minutes of making it, she had reached the goal! She chose a pair of black Chuck Tays so she could match Dad and me. We are so proud of her!
