Pumpkin Patchin' It

We hit good, 'ole Spooner Farms Pumpkin Patch earlier in October. It is one of my favorite family outings! And oh man, I LOVE the pictures from a rainy, overcast day at the patch with all the vibrant fall colors!!!! Truly, I look forward to pumpkin patch pictures for quite some time! This year was no exception! Our visit was between rain showers...we couldn't have planned it any better!

I think Leila was more interested in splashing in the puddles than in finding a pumpkin. We eventually found one she liked and headed home with pumpkins, both big and small, hay bails, corn and a sugar cookie (for the ride home).  But can you believe it?!?! I forgot to get our family picture in the pumpkin barn. One of my favorite pictures! Bummer! Despite that I think we can count it as another successful pumpkin patch visit!
