School Fundraiser

 Leila's school did the coolest fundraiser this year! Instead of selling wrapping paper, cookie dough or magazine subscriptions, students raised money by gathering sponsors for a fun run. Apex Fun Run folks came to school for the two weeks leading up to the run, held assemblies, visited classrooms daily to teach about leadership characteristics and played games at recesses with the kids. Our school raised quite a bit of money and had a blast doing it! The fun run was so exciting! Leila completed 29 laps and was so proud of herself.
