The Point Defiance Zoo is the perfect zoo for a half-day visit. It isn't too big, so you don't feel like you have to stay for ages but at the same time you feel like there is plenty to see. We took another trip back to the zoo, but this time Gramma came along and Chris stayed home.

The Gibbon and Siamang were cracking us up!

Gramma was brave and touched the sea stars. Leila could not be persuaded!
The budgies were hungry and the moment we came in the exhibit, one flew right over. Notice Leila was a little scared of this guy.
The polar bears were very playful as well!
