What an experience the Tavern Family had this winter! Leila was in her first musical! Christopher's high school produced Shrek: The Musical. Leila had the opportunity to play little Shrek when he is seven-years-old. She was the first actor on-stage every night and melted the audience's hearts each night. Chris and I were bursting with pride watching her shine on-stage. She made a lot of friends with the "big kids" (the high schoolers) and she thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the cast. Way to go, Weedie! Daddy and I can't wait to see you in many more shows throughout the years.
